University of Applied Sciences JOANNEUM (FHJ) exhibits a strong record in cooperation with remarkable international businesses & hands-on training for its students. Its testing bay facility bring experts & 20 years of experience in railway and automotive mobility. Further the university contributes with experts from the industry, teaching sustainable development in mobility in the engineering department of which the automotive institute is mainly involved into this project. FHJ is the coordinator and leads WP1 and 2. Smooth communication is going to be ensured by the COO trough instant replies and expert input whenever necessary.
Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences (FRA-UAS)

Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences (FRA-UAS) brings rich experience in multiple engineering disciplines to the consortium: In the ICT sector the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering is working on connected vehicles (C2C) as well as on communication between vehicles and infrastructure (C2I), in order to find sustainable solutions for enhancing traffic safety and for reducing CO2 emissions. Another focus is on renewable energy, e.g. in the form of batteries as energy storing system for electric vehicles. Also, intelligent autonomous driver assistance systems or sensors for pedestrian recognition are being developed. Due to their exceptional international recognition and expertise, FHF leads WP3-training plan development and skills matrix. Because of their experience in teaching, evaluation and quality assurance, FHF further leads WP10 Quality Assurance & Monitoring. Given the fact that FRA-UAS is a university of applied sciences, hands on experience will be brought in the project. FHF will be the main contact for the external evaluator and the quality & ethics board. Further, FRA-UAS will disseminate the project and reach out for increased reach among the existing channels in Germany.
University of Split (US)

University of Split (US) is chosen as one of the European partners because of their high reputation among technical universities in Europe and their outstanding experience in training implementation and expertise in specific topics such as naval engineering. US can provide know-how on hydrogen related technologies from lab scale up to industrial scale systems. At the same time US focuses on implementation of the developed system in real (industrial) environment. We have crucial knowledge in the field of renewable energy sources and their integration together with essential knowledge in: fuel cells modelling, characterization and integration, battery management, system energy management, hydrogen production, compression and storage, system integration. US brings the relevant expert to the multidisciplinary training approach and will contribute to all work packages as input- and feedback partner.
POLIS University (POLIS)
Tirana, ALBANIA
Universiteti POLIS Shpk (POLIS) supporting a focused range of core disciplines in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, design, urban planning, environmental management, and computer science is the ideally partner and will lead of WP8 (IECC Joint Workshops) since the institute closely collaborates with the department of environment. POLIS is going to monitor the implementation and operation of all 6 International Engineering Competence Centres in AL and ME together and will be supported by FSKL (ME) as Co-Lead and the liaison partner from Europe. POLIS is going to involve the regional stakeholders in the INTEC project and is responsible for the dissemination of the project and spreading the words of the community building events in Albania. Further, POLIS will organize the national networking event in Tirana.
Polytechnic University of Tirana (PUT)
Tirana, ALBANIA
Politechnic University of Tirana (PUT), more specifically the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FME) is the first Higher School in Albania for the preparation of high specialists in the field of Mechanics, Metallurgy and Materials and is not experiences with Erasmus+ Capacity Building projects. PUT is one of the leading institutions in Albania regarding engineering and is going to join the Coordinators Conference in Brussels to learn about EU funded project implementation and management. PUT is going to be the leader of WP6, which means that it will be responsible for the organization of the INTEC Train-the-Trainer Modules. Further, PUT will implement the International Engineering Competence Centre for sustainable mobility to improve the employability of students and to collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the region of Tirana.
University of Vlore "Ismail Qemali" (UV)
Vlore, ALBANIA
Universiteti “Ismail Qemali”,Vlorë (UV) is a public higher education institution and located in the South of Albania in the city of Vlora. UV has experience with several Erasmus+ funded projects. VLORA will lead WP11, the dissemination and community building events of INTEC. UV will develop the dissemination and impact plan, and will host the social media profile. UV will be responsible for the final conference of the project, which is organized together with the final PM meeting. The International Engineering Competence Unit will be established and operating at the university to enhance teaching efforts towards the needs of the industry to improve employability of the students and to emphasize the efforts on sustainable mobility.
University of Montenegro (UOM)
Podgorica, MONTENEGRO
JAVNA USTANOVA UNIVERZITET CRNE GORE/University of Montenegro (UOM) is the oldest and the only public university in Montenegro. UOM is having vast experience and cooperation with European universities, EU funded projects and local companies. UOMs institute of mechanical engineering will act as one of the implementing HEIs in the project and will lead the implementation of the Technical Needs Analysis (WP4). UOM is going to establish the IECC at the university to collaborate with stakeholders in Montenegro and to show their advancements in terms of knowledge on sustainable mobility efforts. Further, UOM will organize the national networking event and disseminate the project wherever possible.
Adriatic University Bar (FSKL)
Budva, MONTENEGRO
The Faculty for Traffic, Communications and Logistics (FSKL) of the Adriatic University Budva is located in the coastal region of Montenegro. FSKL has experience with EU funded projects and will act as an implementing partner and HEI in INTEC project, establishing contact with the industry and providing joint workshops through the IECC at FSKL. FSKL will lead the study visits (WP9) and will disseminate the project and establish collaboration with the industry in Budva and its surrounding to ensure sustainability of project outcomes. Further FSKL is going to be the hosting institution for the second international community building event, which is the INTEC symposium in the 2nd year of the project.
University of Donja Gorica (UDG)
Podgorica, MONTENEGRO
University of Donja Gorica (UDG) is a unique interdisciplinary institution, located in suburban of Podgorica, capital of Montenegro. UDG will lead WP7 – the development of the business plans for each IECC due to their rich extracurricular program aimed at supporting the development of entrepreneurship. Further UDG is a highly active institution when it comes to the promotion of entrepreneurship. UDG is ideally suited to disseminate the project’s objectives to the main target groups (HEIs, companies and governmental bodies) UDG is going to implement the IECC as workshop provider in sustainable mobility and a centre for university-business cooperation where companies can meet their future employees.
AVL List GmbH (AVL)

AVL List GmbH (AVL) focuses on digital engineering services with a broad number of new engineering technologies & bringing in international expertise and insights into the labour market for sustainable mobility worldwide. AVL is the world's largest privately-owned company for development, simulation and testing technology of powertrains (hybrid, combustion engines, transmission, electric drive, batteries and software) for passenger cars, trucks and large engines. AVL has about 3500 employees in Graz (including 1500 university graduates) and a global network of 45 representations and affiliates resulting in more than 8000 employees worldwide. AVL is a very important input giver when it comes to the needs of the industry regarding skills of future employees. AVL will cooperate with the HEIs during the development of the International Engineering Competence Centres. Besides the participation in the community building events, AVL will contribute to the workshops of the IECCs, and support the improvement of university-business collaboration in Albania and Montenegro in the field of sustainable mobility.

Gama Auto d.o.o (GA), which is recognized as a company with many years of experience and with a large number of customers and service users, as well as, suppliers from abroad can be input-giving partner regarding information from the Montenegrin market and regarding some practice experience. It also can actively promote sustainable mobility in Montenegro. Gama auto employees´ have expertise is in entrepreneurship and innovation, and will analyse experiences from practice and who will work on strengthening cooperation between students and companies by developing entrepreneurial competencies of students. The expectations of Gama Auto are to expand the network of clients and suppliers focused on sustainable mobility and to be recognized in this area as a leading player in the Montenegrin market. In this direction, the employees of Gama Auto definitely need training in this area, on the basis of which they will further promote the goals and results of the project to their clients and stakeholders.
NVO Alfa Centar (AC)
Niksic, MONTENEGRO
The partner NGO ALPHA Centar (AC) from Montenegro supports considering relevant aspects of inclusion in all work-packages of INTEC. Goals of AC are “to promote and represent the view that all citizens have the right to a peaceful, safe and dignified life regardless of sex, age, racial or political affiliation, level of education, profession and other differences.” AC will act as input giver and supportive partner in the project, especially with regards to ethical issues. AC will contribute to the establishment of the training material according to UDL guidelines. AC will lead the Ethics Board and will use its existing contacts to promote the INTEC project and whenever possible
