In the context of the implementation of the project entitled “International Engineering Competence Centers to push Sustainable Mobility Development in Albania and Montenegro – INTEC (project number: 101081873)” with the main partner University of Applied Sciences FH Joanneum (FHJ) – Graz, Austria, on 25^th february 2025, the 9^th Management Board Meeting took place. The meeting was held on-line and twelve people in total participated from the partners. Following issues were discussed:

• equipment purchase, all partners were asked to support UV on the import
• Documentation of the equipment purchase (templates)
• WP7 was discussed and the adaption of the training material 
• next QEB meeting fixed 10th of March, all partners need to answer the report on tasks and deliverables
• date for the symphosium was fixed 2nd to 5th of June 2025
• topics for the symposium were proposed and discussed
• Upcoming tasks in the project like next online PS meeting
