the context of the implementation of the project entitled „International Engineering Competence Centers to push Sustainable Mobility Development in Albania and Montenegro – INTEC (Proposal number: 101081873)” with the main partner University of Applied Sciences FH Joanneum (FHJ) – Graz Austria, on 03^th of december 2024, the 3rd meeting on the Business plan was held. The meeting was held on-line and 9 persons in total participated, from all partner countries. The activity was coordinated by Mrs. Daniela Wenzl, coordinator of the project and Ivana Ognjanovic, coordinator of the WP7. This work package concerns the business plan development for each IECC in order to start the operation. The main objective is to increase interaction among different stakeholders, to increase managing competencies of engineers and to develop a strategy for the operation. 

We made a review of the businessplans of UOM, PUT and UDG. Some issues were general for all businessplans. Due to the absence of UV will organize a bilateral meeting them to review the businesplan
